L’Arenal

Wide and with fine sand, l’Arenal is the largest beach in l’Hospitalet de l’Infant and also the nearest to the town. With 1800 m length, it offers many possibilities.

The northern part, easily accessible from the seafront promenade and very shallow, is perfect for families with children keen to enjoy a quiet beach day. But if it is about non stop activity, the waters sports center (Estació Náutica Costa Daurada) offers a wide range of activities, such as sailing, kite-surf, windsurf, guided trips in kayak or mountain bike rides. L’Arenal is also a shelter to disconect and enjoy nature. In its southern extreme, it is a nearly unspoiled beach with beautiful dunes covered in Mediterranian Vegetation and a white pine tree wood and a small swamp with reeds.
