www.insidecatalonia.cat website recommends a route through the medieval streets of Tivissa. We leave the excerpt from the article:

The village of Tivissa, medieval character, still retains its walled appearance with narrow, winding streets that allow visitors to take a tour of its history, contemplate the portals of entry to the fortified area, the oldest manor houses, the ancient castle, the church, the old hospital and more. During the tour you will find views of the square Baranova, where a broad overview of the regions of Ribera d'Ebre, Terra Alta and Priorat is currency.
Although there are no explicit what were the walls of Tivissa remains, along with those portals, they are considered a Cultural Asset of National Interest (BCIN) in the category of historical monument.

We leave the link, which also recommend other routes through the city. http://www.insidecatalonia.cat/experience/detail/223
