Editorial Onada Edicions part in the 33rd edition of the Book Week in Catalan from 4 to 13 September in Barcelona. Among the works presented is "The cuisine of Terres de Mestral" the recipes of traditional cuisine and clotxa of Vandellos i l' Hospitalet de l' Infant, Tivissa and Pratdip, Fundació Alícia.
