L'Hospitalet del Infant Spain will host the Championship 10 Dances on 23 and 24 April

The sports hall of l'Hospitalet de l'Infant will host the Championship of Spain of 10 Dance 2016 and the IV National Open l'Hospitalet de l'Infant FEBD 2016 on 23 and 24 April. This is stated in the agreement signed by Mayor Alfonso Garcia, representing the City of Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant; and Antoni Mas, legal representative of the organizers of these events (Publiolimpia SLU).

In these national competitions, approved by the Spanish Federation of Dance Sport (FEBD), it is expected to participate over the two days a 450-500 couples, as calculated Antoni Mas. There will be couples of all ages from 8 years to 50-55 years, as he explained the same source.

Spain Championship 10 Dances, which merges the Standard modes (English waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, slow-fox and quickstep) and Latinos (samba, cha-cha, rumba, paso doble and jive), will be broadcast on television. Specifically, at least four programs, which are expected to be issued at the end of May through the television channels TV3 and Esport 3 and also through Local Communication Network (The Network) is recorded.

The mayor, Alfonso García, highlighted the economic and tourism promotion will for the municipality holding these national dance competitions impact. In this sense, he argued: "This event, once again, serve to publicize the city in Spain to a large volume of people: participants and their companions and also the people who will attend as audience and viewers; and generate business in commercial establishments, accommodation and catering of Vandellòs i l'Hospitalet de l'Infant ".

The mayor pointed out the success they had dancesport competitions which hosted Hospitalet de l'Infant the years 2012, 2013 and 2015 and has led to the signing of this fourth agreement with the promoter of the championships.
