Tivissa's Town hall presents the programming of the third edition of " The nights in the Baranova

This edition includes two concerts of the project 'Enamora't  de la lírica!' and a charity concert against child poverty

Tivissa Mayor, Jordi Jardí, and the Councillor for Culture, Montserrat Pagès, presented to the media the programming of the third edition of the cultural initiative 'Les Nits a la Baranova'. In the press conference he was also attended by Emi Turull, who devised and promotes the 'Enamora't de la lírica!' Project.
Les Nits cultural initiative to Baranova 'aims to recover a long tradition that makes this tivissana place in a space of leisure and festive coexistence, led by the fresh and good summer weather there in the evenings. The square is a privileged place Baranova, gazebo in the counties of Ribera d'Ebre, Terra Alta and Priorat, and the mountains of Prades, Montsant, la Figuera, Picossa,Serra de Cavalls i Pàndols, els Ports, and Serra de Cardó.
During the presentation, Jordi Jardí stressed that "Les Nits a la Baranova" and "Enamora't de la Lírica" are already an event of cultural reference, artistic, musical and lyrical south of the country and enable the cultural dynamism of Tivissa even better known at all. " The Mayor of Tivissa recalled "the success achieved during the past editions of this cultural initiative" and made special reference "to the two concerts of 'Enamora't lyric!' and the charity concert against child poverty, new this year. Meanwhile, Councilwoman Montserrat Pagès, recalled that 'Les nits a la  Baranova', "is an exciting project", with a program that includes activities for every Saturday in August. In this regard, he referred to the participation, on 20 August, the Orchestra Friends of UNESCO in Barcelona, ​​directed by Gonçal Comellas, during the charity concert against child poverty to benefit Caritas. Pagès has also highlighted the activity of storytelling, which will take place on August 13, an initiative of a group of Tivissa's mothers 
Emi Turull, the person who devised and promotes the 'Enamora't de la Lírica!' Project, reiterated that "to the many requests, this year there will be two concerts, which will take place on Friday 5th and Saturday August 6, in the inside the archpriest church of Sant Jaume, a magnificent setting, a space with excellent acoustic conditions that allow enjoy the beauty of the voices of artists and musical performance by pianist ". According to Emi Turull has advanced, the programs of the two recitals of this third edition of 'Enamora't de la Lírica! "They represent a qualitative leap" project. In this regard, he explained that the Friday concert will feature performances by soprano Sara Blanch, a native of Darmós, and bass Antonio Fajardo. And the concert on August 6 artists will be the baritone Carlos Daza and soprano Maribel Ortega.
The two concerts will feature the piano accompaniment of José Buforn, and artistic co-direction of Professor and renowned opera critic, Roger Alier and Jordi Maddalena.
For these concerts, it is planned early numbered ticket price of 10 euros (the cost at the box office the day of the concert will be 12 euros) to the City of Tivissa.
