2ª Conference Alícia - Local products and revitalization of the territory

This year the MIDIT is invited to the 2nd Conference Alícia on earth product and revitalization of the territory.

In the hands of the Coordinator MIDIT, Izaskun Cendegui, explain our experencia on the table "To promote the territory through gastronomy"

This day is intended to share the draft study, assessment and promotion of agrifood heritage that has carried out the Alícia Foundation in collaboration with various entities and administrations in recent years.

The interest of the day prior to the Party Alícia't lies in the diversity of projects with very different models where gastronomy and cuisine have played an important role in the valorisation of the products of the land and the economic revitalization the territory.

The aim is that by sharing experiences, knowledge, relationships, ideas and opportunities are generated.
