Description
The "Kitchen Evenings" pretend to be a meeting point where the common denominator will be the kitchen and everything that surrounds it. We will talk about doubts that we have, we will look for solutions so that the daily dishes are easy, tasty and healthy ... and all this we will carry out in the same workshop where we cook our dishes.
Territory cuisine
- Brief introduction of the products that are grown in our surroundings (hazelnut, oil, honey ...)
- Basic notions on how to apply them to the kitchen: chopped with nuts, sweets, vinaigrettes, sauces, etc ...
What includes
- Delivery of the dossier with the recipes of the dishes to be cooked.
- Cooking class of 1h 30 min.
- Tasting of cooked dishes.
