The "Kitchen Evenings" pretend to be a meeting point where the common denominator will be the kitchen and everything that surrounds it. We will talk about doubts that we have, we will look for solutions so that the daily dishes are easy, tasty and healthy ... and all this we will carry out in the same workshop where we cook our dishes.
KITCHEN OF THE RICE
The bases to make a good rice:
A good stir-fry, the suitable rice, broth of meat or fish ... and to respect the time of cooking.
We will talk about the different varieties of rice (arborio, bomba, carnaroli, etc.)
We will cook different types of rice: sauteed rice, honeyed rice, rice, risotto ...
What includes
- Delivery of the dossier with the recipes of the dishes to be cooked.
- Cooking class of 1h 30 min.
- Tasting of cooked dishes.
